European students in Spain!

I’m a European student; do I have to apply for an Authorisation to Live in Spain?

As citizen of the European Union, if you study in Spain you won’t need to do so.

However there is an obligation to register yourself in the Registry of European Citizens living in Spain where you’ll obtain both an Identity Number of Foreigners and a Spanish Identity Card.

There is a Desk of this Registry in every Foreign Office. Here in Zaragoza, you’ll find it at: Calle Obispo Covarrubias s/n, 50.071, Zaragoza.

What more do I need for this application? Well, you’ll need to bring the following:

-       Form EX–18

-       Passport or ID Card

-       3 Photos

-       790 Fee*

-       Student Registration in Spain

-       Economic Means (enough money to live and study here)

-       Healthcare Insurance
