Estamos muy contentos porque durante este verano (ya sabéis que en esta materia no hay descanso estival) hemos conseguido el Visado de Residencia y Trabajo Inicial más rápido de toda nuestra historia: en tan solo 2 mes y 2 días (incluida la preparación) el Cliente y toda su familia ya están residiendo y trabajando legalmente en España (Presentada 18/08/2022 | FAVORABLE 20/09/2022 | Validez hasta 2024).

 

Se trata de una Solicitud de la llamada Golden Visa o Residencia por Inversión y la velocidad se debe en buena medida a la nacionalidad del Cliente (Peruano y Americano) y a la normativa especial de aplicación: La Ley de Emprendedores 14/2013.

 

Esta Normativa supone una especie de Fast Track para atraer Talento e Inversión a España y sus procedimientos legales se resuelven en 20 días laborales. Además, en el caso de que el Interesado se encuentre en España como Turista (nuestro caso), permite también solicitar el Permiso sin tener que regresar al país de origen.

 

En este supuesto concreto, todavía ha tenido más velocidad de lo habitual debido a la tipología de la Inversión seleccionada por el Interesado: Una inversión en Depósitos Bancarios en España superior al millón de euros.

 

En las reuniones para planificar la estrategia, elegimos esta opción de entre todas las posibles por ser la más ágil y rápida por encima de la inversión en Inmuebles, en Deuda Pública, en Proyectos Empresariales u otros.

 

El Cliente tiene una familia de 5 personas, no tenía claro qué vivienda comprar (pues no ha residido nunca en España todavía) y, por evidentes motivos personales, pero también profesionales precisaba la máxima velocidad en la gestión.

We are happy to inform that during this summer (you know there is no summer break in this legal area), we obtained the fastest Visa in our entire history: In just 1 month and 2 days the Client and his family are legally residing in Spain (Submitted on 18/08/2022 | GRANTED on 20/09/2022 | Valid until 2024).

 

It is a so-called Golden Visa Application, a Visa related to some Investment in Spain. This speedy process is due partly because of the Nationality of the Applicant (Peruvian and American) and partly because of the special applicable Law: Entrepreneurship Act 14/2013.

 

This special Law sets a privileged fast track (20 working days process) for some Visas related to the talent and/or investments in Spain of the Applicants. It was enacted to attract both things.  Moreover, it allows to directly apply from Spain if the Applicant is here as a Tourist (our case) so he does not need to get out of the country, he can switch his legal status without further paperwork.

 

In this specific case, it has been even faster because of the kind of investment chose by the Applicant: Bank Deposit above 1 million euros.

 

In the planning meetings we chose this kind of investment because of its greater agility and speed. Much faster than a Real State Investment, Public Debt or a Business Project.

 

Our Client has a large family, he did not know where to buy a property (because he had never lived in Spain before) and, for personal and professional reasons he needed the maximum efficiency.
